This USB software update released on December 2020 updates the software of your Grand Videoke system to Version 0246. This upgrade is required if a message similar below shows up on your GV Smart App and the update could not be carried out over-the-air using the app:

Applicable for the following Grand Videoke Models: Symphony SE Pro Plus, Symphony 3 Pro, Symphony 3 Pro Plus, Rhapsody 3 Pro and Rhapsody 3 Pro Plus.

Update instructions:

  1. Plug the USB to the Grand Videoke unit and turn on the unit.
  2. NOTE: If the unit is on, turn it off first before plugging the USB.
  3. Update will be automatically in progress for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Once the update is complete, the Grand Videoke unit will restart automatically.
